Audit & Consult

After completing the free survey we're ready to discuss the focus, scope and cost of an energy audit. Without an energy audit by certified energy auditors using Monitor & Verification technology'M&V' technologies you will be unable to see and understand how to efficiently and effectively reach your potential energy savings. The audit will prioritize the projects that cost the least with the shortest paybacks.

Install & Verify

Your 'ECM'* projects do not have to be done all at once. We start by installing the "lowest hanging fruit" but frequently adjust the sequence to accommodate your priorities. GMG design-builds all projects in consultation with you and only subcontracts installation to licensed professional trades. We manage and verify all installations to ensure that they are to code and operate flawlessly. As each project segment is completed the monitoring equipment used for the audit is left in place for a minimum of 24 days to verify that the energy savings achieved match or exceed those that were predicted by the audit.
